The hotel's location is marvellous and the staff are superfriendly and pleasant. There is Isla Contoy a short walk to the property, had dinner there. 29 minutes drive to the airport, it is located specially on the beach.

I had a fantastic stay at Altitude At Krystal Grand. The location was perfect, with easy access to amenities and beautiful beaches. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a big balcony and a luxurious bathroom. The bed was huge and so comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The hotel had a great selection of drinks throughout and the beach was absolutely lovely. I would highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay in Cancun.

Beautiful rooms
One has to walk through the whole complex and pass several pools in order to get to the beach. . The restaurants are permanently booked up, although the tables are partly empty.

Location: the hotel was very close to enjoy caribbean ocean, nice beaches and restaurants. The rooms were exceptional with twin beds, the staff was superbly friendly and attentive. The pool was nice and I had good drinks in the poolside bar😀

It was an amazing and perfectly fine hotel in a quiet area, very close to the pool/beach and the old tower overlooking the parking and the bars. The location was stunning - a short walk to everywhere we wanted to go. Property district was worth visiting. In general the service was amazing. Got wake up service free of charge, not bad too.
The breakfast we ordered was bad.
